- In a large bowl, whisk together flour and salt; add eggs, milk, and butter.
- Knead dough until smooth, about 5 minutes; cover bowl, and let rest 10 minutes.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll dough out to 1/8 or ¼-inch thickness; cut in desired shapes or lengths.
- Air dry before cooking.
- Cook for 3 minutes in a large pot of boiling water with a pinch of salt.
