- Preheat oven to 400°F; spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking oil.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook meat and onion for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until meat is browned; drain, and return to pan.
- Stir in salt; spoon into pie plate; sprinkle with cheese.
- In a small bowl, combine Bisquick, milk, and eggs, and then pour over pie.
- Bake about 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
